Rank head start: a verified membership activation adds 20 PV toward your personal rank qualification and 0 BV. At the current 100 PV requirement for 1-Star Elite, you then need 80 additional qualifying PV. Registration PV does not create sponsor, repurchase or other BV-based commission.

Payment is processed by Flutterwave. CVCLILONG activates membership only after the payment is re-verified server-side. No administrator approval is required after a valid payment.
